Dance It! 2012: April 9 - 15 in 2012
Dance It! 2012 is a week-long annual dance workshop which takes place during spring break.
We offer:
- one intensive week of rigorous dance training
- Classical ballet, Modern dance, Broadway Jazz, Hip-Hop and Character Dance
- learning from top professionals
- witnessing the creative process of setting a new choreography
- participating in a final performance on stage
- open master classes
- interactive public discussions on relevant topics
- multi-cultural interaction
- observing the performance of at least one professional dance company
This was undoubtedly a new and enriching experience for me. I got the incredible opportunity to get to know a new style of dance, such as jazz. It was a pleasure to try it out and understand why it is so popular and loved in the United States. The teachers also impressed me immensely. It was a true pleasure to work with everyone. The other incredible opportunity I received was immersing myself in the American culture – so completely different from the Bulgarian.

Thank you for giving my daughter the most important thing for an artist – the inspiration, the thrill of creation, the emotional swirl, and the belief in her abilities. Congratulations for the excellent concert! It convinced us that those who can steer the children’s emotions have at their possession a powerful creative energy source. This heavenly energy exploded on stage and transferred over into the audience. It was fascinating!
